CEIDIR's Review is an Internet Publication with one or two numbers per year. All visitants to CEIDIR's webpages have free access to all our numbers. Our intention is to present contributions from all over the world on topics related to Local and Regional Development. Each number may have contributions in either Spanish, English or French.

All these are broad topics. Contributions on sub-topics related to one of them will be considered. Essays focusing on specific regions, localities, countries or communities are welcome.
CEIDIR's Review has been created by LED Group which mission is to research on the best development practices around the globe and share or exchange information with diverse institutions and individuals in order to contribute in some way to the Economic and Social Development of lagging areas all over the world. Practitioners, researchers, policy-makers and all the people involved in this field are invited to participate.
Contributions must not be longer than 5,000 words nor less than 2,500 words. All articles must include a small abstract and be rigorously referentiated.
Four contributions will be published in each number. Papers must be written using Word, Arial 12, and one and a half space between lines. For the moment, CEIDIR's Review will consider papers written in English, Spanish and French.
Contributions must be original and respectful of copyright laws. If contributions have been published in other publications, authors must abide by their copyrights. Authors are requested to notify to CEIDIR if their papers are being considered or revised by other publications at the moment of submittion to CEIDIR's Review.

The deadline for sending your contributions for our fifth number is April 11, 2004. Essay's characteristics are presented in our Review's description.
Please, send contributions to ceidir@netscape.net indicating your name, nationality, postal and e-mail addresses. We will inform you, prior to publication, if your paper has been selected.
